Law Hing-Chung, PhD, is best known as the founding principal of Pui Kiu College, Hong Kong. He was the Senior Policy Analyst of the Department of School Education in NSW State Government, Australia. Hing-Chung was then appointed as the Principal Curriculum Officer of the Curriculum Development Institute of the Hong Kong Education Department. He later became the Head of Research Division by the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority and was the key figure of the education reform.

Mr Tam Siu Ping, George

George is the former School Principal of Wah Yan College, Hong Kong. He has been serving Wah Yan College for more than 40 years and is the current School Manager of Wah Yan College, Kowloon and St. Mary’s Canossian College. George was the Chairman of Grant Schools Council and President of Hong Kong Island School Heads Association, and is still a leader in the Hong Kong education, where he put his carefully considered education ideals into practice.
